Currently we only ship to Nationwide Australia, we post through Auspost and have express post available.

Returns

If your product purchased from us arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at lilmeltingmoments@outlook.com with a picture(s) of your damaged item. Once we have assessed your claim, you will have a choice of a replacement item being sent or a refund will be processed to your original payment method. This is within your Australian Consumer Law Rights.

Please note, colours of candle wax and was melts may differ within different batches as we currently make everything in small batches. Frosting may also occur on natural soy wax products, this is nothing to be alarmed about an is simply the soy wax attempting to return to its natural crystallised state.

This is purely cosmetic and does not effect the quality of the candle or it’s scent throw. Unfortunately we do not accommodate change-of-mind returns or store credit.
